2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry

1/2 teaspoon Chang's Sesame Oil

400g piece beef fillet, thinly sliced across the grain
Method

1Combine the coriander, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine or dry sherry and oil in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add the beef and turn to coat. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate.

2Arrange the beef on a serving platter.
