Ingredients

2 bunches baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed, peeled

60ml (1/4 cup) water

30g butter, chopped

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Large pinch of ground cinnamon
Method

1Place the carrots, water, butter, sugar and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.

2Uncover and cook for a further 4 minutes or until the carrots are tender and the sauce reduces slightly.
