Chocolate pretzel wheels

  • 6 marshmallows
  • 36 pretzels
  • 100g milk chocolate

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut 6 marshmallows into thirds. Top 18 pretzels with the marshmallow pieces. Bake for 3 minutes or until marshmallow is just puffed but not browned. Quickly top each marshmallow with another pretzel and set aside to cool completely.

    Melt 100g milk chocolate. Dip each pretzel wheel halfway into the chocolate. Place on the lined tray. Place in fridge for 30 minutes or until set. Store pretzel wheels in an airtight container for up to 2 day.
