Chocolate mousse trifles

Ingredients

  • 12 sponge finger biscuits
  • 500g chocolate mousse (see note)
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries, thawed
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Grated white chocolate, to serve

Method

    Divide biscuits between 4 glasses, standing biscuits upright around edge of glasses.
  • 2
    Using an electric mixer, beat chocolate mousse for 5 minutes or until pale and thick. Divide mousse between glasses.
  • 3
    Top with thawed berries and whipped cream. Refrigerate, covered, for 3 hours. Serve topped with grated white chocolate.
