1 x 250g packet Arnott's Choc Ripple biscuits

60g mini marshmallows
Method

1Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper and place half the biscuits on the tray in a single layer, flat side facing up. Place 5-8 mini marshmallows on top of each biscuit. Bake for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted to your liking. Remove from oven and sandwich immediately with remaining biscuits, bottom side facing down. Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
