Ingredients

4 short cut rindless bacon

1 tablespoon olive oil

500g chicken tenderloins

4 hamburger buns
-
200g pkt sweet iceberg lettuce

1 medium carrot, grated

4 cheese slices
-
1 tomato, sliced

Tomato sauce to serve
Method

1Place bacon into a frying pan and cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins or until crisp. Remove from pan.

2Add oil to the pan and heat. Cook for 5 mins, turning halfway through cooking. Remove from pan and place onto a plate.

3Cut buns in half and grill until golden. Place half the lettuce onto a board and shred.

4Place lettuce and carrot onto bottom half of the buns. Top with chicken, bacon, cheese and tomato. Top with sauce. Place buns on top and serve.
