Ingredients

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons lemon rind, finely grated

1 long fresh red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped

4 anchovies in oil, chopped

40g (1/4 cup) natural almonds, coarsely chopped

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
Method

1Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, lemon rind, chilli and drained anchovies. Cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Add the almond and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add a squeeze of lemon juice.

2Place the broccolini in a steamer basket set over a saucepan of simmering water. Cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain. Transfer to a serving plate. Top with the almond mixture.
