Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 wheat cereal biscuit, crushed
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Method

    Blend or process yoghurt, biscuit, banana and pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass. Serve.
