Banana malt smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, peeled, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons malt powder
  • 3/4 cup thick vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 ice cubes

Method

  • 1
    Place banana, malt, yoghurt, milk, honey and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
