1 large banana, peeled, chopped

3/4 cup thick vanilla yoghurt

1/4 cup milk

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

4 ice cubes
Method

1Place banana, malt, yoghurt, milk, honey and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
