Banana and milo smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, chopped
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 3 tablespoons Milo
  • 250ml (1 cup) long-life milk (Dairy Farmers brand)
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Method

    Place bananas, ice-cream, Milo, milk and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
