Ingredients

5cm piece fresh ginger, grated

3 garlic cloves, crushed

2/3 cup plum sauce

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 kg pork ribs

1 cup water

steamed white rice, to serve
Method

1Combine ginger, garlic, plum sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Add pork ribs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2Preheat oven to 180°C.

3Place ribs onto a roasting rack in a greased baking dish. Pour in water. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serve with steamed rice.
