Baked corn with pesto butter

Ingredients

  • 20g butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons basil pesto
  • 2 corn cobs, husks removed

Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Combine butter and pesto in a bowl. Place corn on prepared tray. Spread with butter mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, or until corn is tender. Serve.
