20g butter, softened

2 teaspoons basil pesto

2 corn cobs, husks removed
Method

1Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2Combine butter and pesto in a bowl. Place corn on prepared tray. Spread with butter mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, or until corn is tender. Serve.
