Asparagus and corn

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches asparagus
  • 3 x 115g pkts baby corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to season

Method

    Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Place asparagus, and corn in a large bowl.

    Drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

    Cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until tender crisp.
