6 bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen

60ml (1/4 cup) lemon juice
Method

1Process frozen banana and lemon juice in a food processor, scraping down sides frequently, until mixture is smooth and resembles soft serve ice-cream. Transfer to a metal loaf pan. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until just firm but still scoop-able.
